Time...?  Space...?  All that is...?  A continuous moment where everything, everywhere happens at once, and yet there is no conceivable beginning or ending.  Does infinity exist within and throughout simultaneous activity?

Somehow, right here, just beyond my perceptive mechanisms I feel there is more, much more.

"Super Fish" and "Aqua Boogie" are fun ways to contemplate this, -- different levels of composition and subject simultaneously occurring within a shared space.

I carved "Super Fish" while I was the Artist-In-Residence at the West Valley Art Museum in Surprise, AZ (January - March of 1999).  The entire sculpture was done in front of the public.  I did the painting later in my studio.
